Apostle Dion Nesmith is an apostolic and prophetic voice to the nations of the world. Called to restore truth and the heart of God. Apostle Nesmith ministry carries a strong grace of revelation, deliverance, and demonstration of the gifts of the spirit. At the tender age of 8yrs old, while under the tutelage of his grandfather the late Pastor Colus Nesmith, Apostle Dion Nesmith had a personal encounter with the voice of the Lord. Being young and naive of the prophetic lifestyle, Apostle Dion Nesmith attending a traditional church every Sunday, yet living a worldly lifestyle until the day God spoke to him saying “It is time, time to leave this world and do my will”.
In December 1998, Apostle Nesmith was commissioned by God and sent to preach the gospel in the streets and on the trains of New York City given a strong burden for souls and birthed into prophetic ministry. During this time Apostle Nesmith was being fathered and trained by the Late Apostle John H. Boyd Sr. Apostle Dion Nesmith then was personally mentored and trained in his prophetic ministry by Bishop Aretha Wilson. Apostle Nesmith has traveled ministering the word of the Lord around the country, and to foreign nations. He is currently finishing his doctorate in theology, he has been featured on Christian television, radio and featured in Christian magazines.
Apostle Dion Nesmith and his wife Prophetess Janice Nesmith are the senior leaders of the Voice of the Dove ministries in Queens Ny, taking over the helm after the passing of the founder and their former leader Apostle Carolyn Sullivan. They are now under the apostolic covering of the EPIC Global Network and Leader Apostle Axel Sippach.
